Community Health: Allergies, Colds, & Strep

As part of our community health partnership with Valley Health, this month, we talked with Dr. Jennifer Cunningham, a board-certified family medicine physician, about the vital relationship with your family practitioner. She also gave some insight into the differences between allergies, the common cold, and strep throat. We talked about the symptoms of each of the ailments and discussed treatment options. She explained the importance of her lifelong relationship with patients and talked about her ongoing education and the education she encourages patients to do.  Dr. Cunningham is currently accepting new patients and will be moving from her office in Mount Jackson to Valley Health Shenandoah Memorial Hospital Multispecialty Clinic | New Market in the coming days.
