Community Health: Loneliness

As part of our community health partnership with Valley Health, our conversation this month focused on loneliness. May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Joining me to give some insight and advice were therapists Whitney Maddox & Amariah Williams from Winchester Medical Center Outpatient Behavioral Health.  The pair explained the symptoms of loneliness and talked about it's impact on those who are struggling.
