We discuss history, Lorraine’s work to help bring Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside and Chinatown communities closer together, and throughout our discussion, it becomes clear how Lorraine Lowe has reached her level of success. She is a no-nonsense, hard-working woman and a person whose kindness is a part of everything she does.
