Thank you so much for attending Surrey Hospice Community Forum "the Begining of the Conversation. We want to encourage and foster the conversation that all of us should be having with our loved ones. Our lives are filled with stories: bedtime stories for children, stories of trial victory and success and obstacles. we listen to stories on the news, TV and in the movies. We connect with others through these stories. What we need to remember is that we ourselves are writing our own story every day and as the authors of our life story we need to participate in crafting the end story as much as we do the beginnings and middle. This forum will help you to ensure that your story draws to a close as you wish rather than leaving things undone and letting others draw conclusions for you.
