Community Member Jake (World) Order is taking over DDPY Radio

This week on DDPY RADIO, Mike (progressively losing his voice) and Crystal are invaded by the Jake (World) Order. Jake has been a beacon of positivity and encouragement to so many people in the DDP Yoga community. Learn how Jake first got into DDP Yoga and how he initially struggled getting started. We discuss a moment where he almost threw in the towel for good and quit on DDPY and more importantly himself. Fortunately, the DDPY community refused to quit on Jake. It's an amazing story of how to manage one's frustrations and not let negative feelings and self sabotage consume you. Jake took that hurdle standing in his way and used it to fuel that fire within him to prove HIMSELF wrong and silence the negative voices within.
