Community Spotlight: Sports X EcoSystem

In the premiere episode of Community Spotlight, we sit down with Johnny Rivers, founder of Sports X Ecosystem, to discuss the explosive growth of girls’ flag football and the vision behind the upcoming Dead or Alive Female Flag Football Tournament. Johnny shares why female flag football is becoming one of the fastest-growing sports in America, the impact of NCAA recognition, NFL investment, the road to the 2028 Olympics, and why El Paso and Las Cruces are emerging as key markets for the sport. We also discuss athlete safety, creating opportunities for young women, and how Sports X Ecosystem is working to empower the next generation of athletes through competition, education, and exposure. Community Spotlight is dedicated to highlighting the people, organizations, businesses, and community leaders making a positive impact across the Borderland and beyond. 📺 Watch on the Fieldhouse Sports & Entertainment Network (FSEN) 🌐 Website: www.fieldhousesen.com 📱 Download the FSEN App: • iOS • Android • Roku • Amazon Fire TV #CommunitySpotlight #SportsX #GirlsFlagFootball #DeadOrAliveTournament #WomenInSports #FlagFootball #Olympics2028 #NCAA #ElPaso #LasCruces #FSEN #Sports #CommunityLeaders
