Community - We Need Structure - 1 Corinthians 12:28-31

Although every person in the community is given equal importance, there must be structure and order. Leadership is an important part of the safety that we feel together. There are people ahead of us in the faith who can contribute and care in ways that we haven't yet learned. In this lesson we learn that God has given the church leaders, who that by means of their gifts, are given a role to help the church grow. It is part of His plan, that the church would not be a democracy, but function with qualified men who will help it thrive in "a more excellent way".
