Como hacer pegamento para fondant

Para unir las piezas de fondant es muy conveniente utilizar algun tipo de pegamento comestible como el que os muestro en este video. Es muy sencillo de hacer, tan solo hay que mezclar bien CMC (Carboximetil Celulosa) con agua. El CMC lo podeis conseguir en tiendas especializadas.
