--- Canva Pro --- English --- Greetings my #hive people and especially for this beautiful community of @threeshorts. We continue in this second day of the initiative for this week of augmented creation. Today we had to bring a favorite recipe or food. Basically I wanted to bring you a very simple recipe that so many households have practically used. As mentioned in the video this fruit called plantain can not miss on the table. We often love to make plantain empanadas and a nice melted cheese in them. I usually use two ripe plantains and after cutting them into 6 portions I take them to the water and wait for them to boil for about 10 minutes. After taking them out and letting them rest, I remove the peels and mash them mash style, I add corn flour to give texture to the dough. Finally I make the dough ball and with two boards I make my tortilla to place the filling and form the half moon called Empanada. At the end all that's left is to fry and eat. Thanks for reading me and always open to any suggestions.
