Compassion: Day 16 of FAVOR a YouVersion Devotional

Hey Everyone Thanks for tuning in! Today’s reading is from Day 16 of a YouVersion Devotional entitled Favor the message is Compassion, notice how Jesus showed compassion for those who followed Him in order to be healed, there were many people in Jesus’s earthly ministry who were willing to walk for miles just to bring themselves and loved ones for just a touch of His miraculous healing power. These were desperate people who saw Jesus as someone who could take away their pain, Jesus literally had to stop and feed them because they would not eat unless they received His healing, today there are many people who are in the same type of torment, whether it be disease, a handicap, or lack of sight or hearing. We need to continue to pray for those around us who needs healing even today. Today’s devotional shows us how through Jesus we can boldly come to our Gracious God who is full of kindness and compassion.
