Marvin is an experienced nurse from Zamboanga, Philippines, with nearly 20 years of global experience in countries like the UAE, Brazil, the US, and Qatar. He holds eight national nursing certifications and two master's degrees, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning. Passionate about travel, Marvin has visited 54 countries and volunteered at prestigious events like the Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup. Currently, he serves as the Program Planning Committee Chair for AACN's NTI 2025 and works with the Daisy Award Foundation. Marvin has received numerous professional accolades, including ENA’s 20 Under 40 Award for 2024 and AONL’s Young Professional Voices for 2025. Healthcare and nursing are oftentimes full of tough decisions and long shifts.
