Complaining: Godly Grief or Crossing the Line? with Lauren Weir

from The Daily Grace Podcast · host The Daily Grace Co.

We all complain, right? So what do we do with verses like “do all things without grumbling” (Phil 2:14)? Does this mean we’re supposed to gloss over our frustrations and just smile all the time? Or is there a way to complain without sinning? Today, we talk about the difference between godly lament and sinful complaining. The pattern of lament actually includes complaint; in our lament, God uses our complaints to knit our hearts to His. Lauren helps us see how this can play out in our everyday lives.     LITURGICAL PRAYERS TO USE FROM LAUREN: “My life is not my own; I was bought at a price.” “I belong to You, God.” “Father, use my life any way you choose.” “O Lord, You know.” “O Lord, I need You.”   Connect with us: www.dailygracepodcast.com www.thedailygraceco.com https://www.facebook.com/thedailygraceco/ https://www.instagram.com/thedailygraceco/   Questions?
