In malice be babes, but in understanding be mature. 1 Corinthians 14:20 Be mature in love. 1. God wants us to be mature in faith, hope, and love. We are slaves of Christ. Romans 6:18 says, we are slaves of holiness and righteousness. It means that we need to keep growing in the knowledge of the word of God and walking in the word of God until we are complete. We are free but we are not free to do evil and destroy others. Causing harm to others has penalty and consequence. God is not partial. He will not allow you to mistreat and abuse others because you are His son. 2. Revelation 3:2 says, be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die, for I have not found your works perfect before God. God is life, light and love. He wants you to be mature in love. 3. Do not be deceived – God is interested in you walking in His perfect will. To be complete is to be whole, holy, and purified. To be complete is to be constantly protected. 4. Hebrews 13:21 says, May God make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen. May great grace be upon you, in Jesus’ name. 5. God wants you to be constantly filled with His glory and grace. He wants you to abound in all grace. Prayer attracts grace, glory, and ability. God’s ability will enable you to be mature in love. The flesh profits nothing.
