“Send Coach John a message”Found a new source of some great posts as Positivity Inspired (@inspiringmyday) shared this simple jem -  “Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.” I think this is one of the truest statements that we all can agree on, even if it is with ourselves and the person looking back at us in the mirror. Each of us I think have our own unique ways of making things better for ourselves, but the opposite is true as well. This is why it’s important to keep working on ourselves every single day.  Look to make things simple instead of more difficult. I know for me, it’s a full time job. But that is a job that I will never “retire” from.
