When you are coaching your students or children in a conference or small group; you'll want to notice and name a transferable compliment, and give your learners the opportunity to notice their own strengths and the strengths of their peers so they can offer compliments as well. But how do we do this? Not to worry, I'm going to walk you through the perfect method of teaching you can use, how to give the most powerful compliment out there, and times when your students or child can notice their peers' strengths so they can compliment each other.
