Episode 48 - Compounding Your Wins with Aaron Griffiths Todays interview is with Aaron Griffiths, from starting life early on as a paper boy he soon learnt the importance of hard work and discipline which lead him to running his own law firm. soon after he found himself looking after his wife who had a severe car accident, nearly losing her life and having a stroke, during his career he found himself becoming a high functioning alcoholic from pressures from work and stress which led him to losing custody oh his kids and in a divorce. From that point he decided to change his life from the better with training in the movement space and later on becoming a world class movement coach. Since then he hasn't looked back and has been shifting the narrative of exercise by influencing movement for life around the world.
