Con Court dismisses EFF, Mkhwebane appeal

SAfm — The Constitutional Court has dismissed applications for direct leave to appeal against the judgment and order by the High Court in Pretoria. Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane and the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) wanted to appeal against the judgment and order by the High Court, interdicting her from enforcing her remedial action contained in a report published by the Public Protector known as the Rogue Unit Report.
