Este 23 de febrero arrancan las actividades por el Carnaval de Amaguaña 2019 con el Desfile de las Luces. Bandas de pueblo, bandas de paz, bastoneras, grupos de danza y diferentes delegaciones invitadas, serán los encargados de dar inicio a este Pregón.
