La ciudad de Madrid acoge una nueva edición del Salón Inmobiliario Internacional (SIMA), el encuentro de referencia del sector en España, que se celebra hasta el próximo sábado en el pabellón 4 de IFEMA. Esta vigesimosexta edición reúne a más de 350 compañías, lo que supone un crecimiento del 15% respecto al año anterior, con la expectativa de superar los 20.000 visitantes. Durante la cobertura especial de Radio Intereconomía, en el programa Con I de Inmobiliario,hablamos con protagonistas y expertos que han pasado por nuestros micrófonos para compartir sus impresiones sobre este escaparate del mercado, en un momento marcado por una elevada demanda residencial y un entorno económico favorable, impulsado por la caída de los tipos de interés y el dinamismo de la inversión tanto nacional como internacional. Entre los invitados que han pasado por nuestros micrófonos destacan Adolfo Alústiza, CEO de Syrena Invest; Yago Ussía, CEO de Housers; Félix Capell, CEO de Argentiver; y José Luis Villacampa, socio y CEO del Spanish Desk del despacho polaco DZP.
