Buddies! Welcome to my first contribution to the Vinyl Community Podcasts feed! In part one of the inaugural "Mind of The Record Collector", I talk to a longtime member of the #VC on YouTube, Matt Sands (aka DJ Mellow Yellow). In over 10 years of creating videos on YouTube, he's seen a lot of shifts and changes in the hobby and on YouTube from record collectors. He's also one of handful of VC members who took his love of vinyl and music to the next level by owning + operating his own record store (Gold Pan Records - Hillsboro, IL). As someone who initially learned of and from videos Matt (+ Sam aka The Psych Professor) have shared over the years, this is a conversation I've been eager to put together for some time.
