The clock has started ticking for South African President Jacob Zuma to pay back monies for non-security upgrades to his Nkandla home. The Constitutional Court has formally accepted a Treasury report detailing the amounts the President is personally liable for. Treasury found that President Zuma is liable for eighty seven-point-nine-four (87.94%) percent of the costs.
