The Constitutional Court in South Africa will today deliver judgment in arguably one of the most politically charged legal cases to rock the presidency. The Court is expected to settle the long standing debate on the powers of the Public Protector, which dates back to the release of her report into the upgrades at President Jacob Zuma's private home in Nkandla.
