If you’ve been debating whether to put your home on the market or not, here is the one reason not to wait.Buyer demand has continued to outpace the supply of homes on the market. According to feedback from a lot of Realtors out there, there is a healthy level of buyer activity right now. However, homes that are on the market in moving condition and at affordable price ranges are hard to come by.  Nationwide, there is an average of 5.1 months of inventory across the board. However, here in Kansas City, we have just a 2-3 month supply of homes, which puts us in a seller’s market. With spring coming up, you will see more listings and the market will start to balance itself out. If you’ve been on the fence about selling, there is no better time than the present to do so.
