Confession: Recovery From The Spiritual Injury of Sin

from A Sound Heart · host Josiah Rich

In the New Testament confession means to agree with God when one has sinned.  Of course, there are those who do not want to confess sin because it would mean acknowledging sinful actions.  After all who wants to confess that his or her behavior has not been anything other than the best possible.  It is hard to confess one's sin in a world where the self is a finite god.  Believing ones should know that confession is a divine mandate if one is to walk in the light as he is in the light.
