Confidence, courage, and crying.

What is it that makes us feel confidence? What is that feeling we feel when doubt and fear take over? Why does it literally feel like energy is leaving like a thing as my fear begins to manifest. There is a process to learning to stand on your own two feet of confidence and no it actually has nothing to do with anything you're actually doing/have or are not doing/don't have. What I mean is we don't need anything to learn to build confidence and faith in something. Yes, all the things like chemistry will fall into place but some true inner work must begin somewhere. First step to finding courage is when you're hijacked you have to do something different. We have to start trying different patterns and stop giving the old ones of DNA, CHEMISTRY, PEOPLE, MONEY, RELIGION, or any of those things to begin to be better. Where does the athletic person gain the belief that they will get in better shape even know when we begin we have everything even our bodies saying no. When we learn how to stand up for ourselves and communicate it to the best of our ability the whole world begins to improve. Most fights I have ever had come from lettings things keep us in fear and not speaking. I don't mean we fix things immediately as space is always needed to being to create a new pattern but true space comes from within. We discuss how we learn to use our empathy for compassion rather than a reason to run from everyone. Giving real unconditional love has no cost as it truly has one condition and thats to never be locked into the prison of human parameters.
