Today we are joined by Lucas Reid, an author, advocate, and coach for Teens. Lucas talks about DBT, whether it is effective in teens and children, and how he applies it in his work. Lucas also addresses confidence in teenagers, and how this can be negatively affected by standardized tests, and putting too much pressure on children about school.
