Confidently Sharing the Gospel of Peace (Eph 6:15)

from Well Faith with Chris Teien · host Chris Teien

We are in a message series looking at the “Full Armor of God” passage from Ephesians 6. Paul instructs us to, “Stand firm then… with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace” in verse 15. Shoes (more like sandals) enabled the soliders to travel further, move and fight with greater traction and stand longer and stronger. The Christian wearing God’s spiritual armor seeks to bring peace with God. Isaiah 52:7 says, “How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the messenger who brings good news, the good news of peace and salvation, the news that the God of Israel reigns.” This Sunday we will have communion and be encouraged to boldly share the Gospel of Peace and Salvation as we purposely move forward in the “footwear” God has provided.Rockwell  Church     Oct. 1,  2023    Pastor Chris Teien“Confidently Sharing the Gospel of Peace”For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News (Gospel)so that you will be fully prepared.
