Confronting Bullying - Let's Chat

If you are not yet ready to talk about bullying in depth, please skip this episode <3This episode was eye opening for me.. there is so much research showing long term mental and physical impact from bullying along with information that I had never considered before.. I also cried a few times sharing personal experiences and owned the fact that in my ignorance as a youth, I also played the role of bully to be accepted.I would love to hear your thoughts, perspectives and more on this topic! All of them. Because as I mention often.. my voice is not the only one and we need a range of voices to make sense of any one topic.
