It allows us to recognize the tactics of the enemy and identify spiritual attacks, enabling us to respond effectively. Guarding Against Temptation: The mind serves as a defense against temptation. When we are aware of our thoughts and actively choose to resist sinful desires, we can avoid falling into spiritual traps and maintain our spiritual integrity.
