法國城市亞爾於日前4月18日至21日復活節連假期間，舉行第60屆「鬥牛節」，首日傍晚封街釋放公牛，讓民眾參與奔牛活動，地點就在畫家梵谷筆下「隆河上的星夜」場景旁。在充滿藝術氛圍的場景下狂奔躲避公牛，可說是相當特殊的體驗。但傳統的鬥牛活動就不是這麼回事，鬥牛士在競技場上不斷挑釁、攻擊，直到牛隻死亡為止，民眾購票入場只獲得血淋淋的體驗，有人再也不敢進場。西班牙和法國曾有民調希望禁止這類活動，但當地人堅持傳統，同時也難以放棄節慶帶來的豐厚收入。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
