From Strong Kicks to Experimental Noise: Decoding Barcelona's 'Underground Culture' Soundscape - 深聲電台 SSR EP10

合作邀約：[email protected] ---------------------------------------------------------------- EN Version: This time, host Gray heads to the creative and sun-soaked city of Barcelona to chat with two modular synthesizer artists, Miki and Marco, about their musical journeys and the city’s vibrant modular scene. Marco is a DJ with 21 years of experience whose musical roots lie in Dutch hardcore and hardstyle. He blends those powerful kicks into his House and Techno productions, creating his own unique rhythm and energy. Miki’s style is more connected to underground culture, infused with the raw energy of techno and the broken patterns of breakbeat — a sound that embodies freedom and boundary-breaking. For him, modular synthesis is also an emotional outlet. When he feels angry or down, he turns on his modular system and releases everything through noise. They both spoke about the importance of Barcelona’s modular community. Miki shared that, even as a local, it was through modular music that he truly discovered the city’s underground culture. 🎶 Tune in and find out how music brings us together!
