What advice would an adult transgender woman have for others in the CHD community?Hope Jaworski was born in Temple, Texas with a single ventricle heart in 1994. She lived as a male under the name Alexander for twenty-seven years before realizing and accepting that she was a transgender woman. Hope enjoys writing, playing tabletop games with friends, and 3-D printing. She has worked in healthcare for seven years.Today Hope and I will be discussing her coming out as transgender, the trans community, and in particular, concerns for trans people with complex medical conditions.
