Congress goes on Vacation while millions of Americans face homelessness

There is no reason for Americans to be facing the eviction Moratorium while $46 Billion dollars allotted to the American people sit in the State's coffers. There is no excuse why the eviction should be an issue. For over a year Americans have been faced with fear. The great Pandemic hit us all. At least no one had to face anxiety about where they would lay their head. And there is no reason for Americans to face it now.  Congress GET BACK TO WORK!!!! Governors Distribute the damn money!!!
