And as As the Omnibus Bill Funds Biolabs & More, It all appears to be one last boondoggle before the filth is swept into the Potomac. But that isn't stopping the DC Swamp from attempting to unleash another fascist pandemic as California Governor Gavin Newsom leads the charge declaring a State of Emergency over the Bird Flu. The Omnibus also expands the Pandemic and All Hazards Preparedness and Response Act.Supporting vaccine and mask mandates, vaccine passports, intentional emergency powers, gain of function research. They are about to make a huge move on the Chessboard.This is full blown corruption and an insult to We The People. Biden's Censorship In The BillThe CR bill also includes a provision that would reauthorize the State Department’s Global Engagement Center for the entire first year of Trump's Presidency. As the Washington Examiner reported "Founded in 2016, the GEC has come under immense public and congressional scrutiny following reports...The GEC is granting taxpayer dollars to the Global Disinformation Index and other outside groups working to suppress right-leaning voices online.The reversal is significant, since the State Department sent a notification to Congress earlier this month that it had planned to soon terminate the GEC after losing support from Republicans..... the reversal has struck a nerve with conservative Republicans, who view the provision being slipped into the bill text by congressional leaders as a “stunning betrayal,” in the words of one senior Republican aide who was involved with the investigations into the GEC.
