He attended Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC, and graduated in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He has consistently demonstrated his dedication to conservative principles. First elected to represent the 5th Congressional District in a special election in 2017, Rep. Norman was re-elected to serve a full term in November 2018. It was a pleasure to introduce Rep. Norman to the 94-5 The Answer listeners. Take a minute to listen.
