Connacht Rugby's day out in Ballina

William Davies and Alan Deegan ventured up to Ballina to meet new Connacht coach Andy Friend, new signing Robin Copeland and local Ballina hero Dave Heffernan.Connacht used their down day from pre-season training to go out and me a bunch of very enthusiastic kids in Connacht's club of the year to help spread the rugby gospel.
