Her journey is a true example of persistence; from being abandoned at 5 years old  with two younger brothers to becoming the Air Force Reserve Command's 17th Command Chief Master Sergeant and eventually launching Erick Kelly Enterprises, LLC.  Ericka is a certified coach, speaker and trainer who constantly strives to get her clients to the next level of excellence.
