In this episode, we connect with Raven Small, author of the book titled Cuts and Bruises. Raven is a 4th grade who is doing amazing things by influencing young adults to be greater than they are. The focus of her is to help young people normalize themselves in tough times. Her favorite quote is "it is okay if you're struggling...it is okay to admit and acknowledge that you have some heavy feelings that you're trying to work through...."
