Connecticut will be battered by a major winter storm on Thursday, Dec. 22 into Friday, Dec. 23, but it will not be snow.  Meteorologist Brad Field details the unusual weather events to come the Nutmeg State's way in his latest episode with co-host Dan Lovallo.  The rain deluge could bring more than two inches of rain and 50-plus MPH winds that could cause power outages.  Temperatures will also take a major plunge, after hitting the 50s on Friday morning.
