Meet Aya Ghosh, a consciousness coach and Qigong teacher exploring different dimensions of reality and consciousness for herself and with her clients. Aya was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan and currently lives in Zurich, Switzerland. Her soul called her there and her life changed completely. In this episode, Aya shares how her journey was inspired by yoga and ignited through an unexpected Kundalini awakening.
