She worked with corporate event agencies where she curated and executed conferences, sales meets, offsite etc.She then moved onto combining her interest with her work profile and joined the hospitality industry where she was the Business Development manager for multiple brands in the organisation.Her journey in coaching began in 2018, when she had a breakthrough after a casual conversation where she found her much awaited answer of ‘what is her true purpose?’In 2019, she founded Ankita Jagtiani Coaching with the aim to create leaders from the time they enter the workforce and not wait until they reach a CXO position.
