Connecting through your Heart Chakra

In this episode we continue our journey through the chakra energy system, with the fourth chakra, the heart chakra the centre of your energy system.This is the chakra where earth meets heaven, a culmination of your earthly life with your spiritual life. The words that come to mind for the Heart Chakra are: Balance, Calmness and Serenity, isn't that a perfect description of Heaven on Earth.I share with you the difference between an underactive heart chakra and an overactive heart chakra and how the chances are as an empath that you have an overactive heart chakra.
