Before joining BCSG, Chris spent years in the trades as an electrician eventually leading to owning an electrical company and helping to build it to 62 electricians based out of 5 locations. Chris has worked for years in developing not only his technical skills but interpersonal ones and the ability to read people, understand empathy, and adapt to the situation. He joins the show today to share some of his expertise in the matter of connecting with people; specific to technicians, plumbers, and electricians dealing with homeowners.
