Conquer your fear of driving

More than 10% of the population suffers from anxiety related to driving. I did too and I completely recovered! In this episode I explore the types of fears one might might experience (such as fear of motorways, bridges, tunnels), some reasons why this disorder might happen, and some considerations on how to tackle driving anxiety. In some cases, using either CBT, hypnosis and/or a short refresher driving course may achieve optimal results - each case is different and may require different interventions.
