Conquering Overwhelm: 5 Habits to Thrive!

from Creators That Crush · host Shawn Buttner | Creator Systems & Creative Performance

We all experience overwhelm. As a coach, I often get question on how to better manage overwhelm. Just this past week, I got a text from someone who had a new job as a manager and wanted to know how to manage the overwhelm of a new job, as an introverted leader. As someone who is an introvert themselves, I resonated with this question. So what causes overwhelm? Overwhelm = capacity to perform < the amount of work Overwhelm = self-confidence < belief we can perform Overwhelm = rest time < performance time Overwhelm = resources < Requirement for Time and Deadlines These are the usual scenarios people experience when they have overwhelm. So how can we best manage when we feel overwhelmed? Listen for Five strategies to help manage overwhelm.     Learn More About Coaching!
