I established Conscious Classroom to provide a platform for students, educators, administrators, families, and communities to tap into their inner wisdom, create a life aligned with their unique vision, and trust the intuition that guides us all. It's a space for nurturing self-awareness and mindfulness, and understanding our brain and body systems and how they interact and influence our behaviors. Conscious Classroom offers a container to learn the art and science of self-awareness, self-management, and conscious choice.
