Hiiiiii Friends! It’s that time againnnn & I just felt like VENTING This past week was… a WEEK.  I think we all had an overload of negativity, stress, anxiety, conflict, frustration, toxicity, etc. coming from all angles. I had to get off the internet and just give myself a BREAK. So, I just wanted to spread some love <3 && Share some of my thoughts around the idea of conscious conflict & ways I have been able to re-frame conflict to not let it get to ME as much.
