Consent and Boundaries
from EZ Conversations · host Furkhan Dandia
In this episode, I welcome Yossef Sagi. Yossef lives and breathes transformation, running the gamut across multiple disciples and modalities. For 14 years, he led as a spiritual studies teacher & executive — developing and teaching curricula that empowered people to live out their true potential by becoming aware of & overcoming their internal blocks. He holds Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certifications and has trained others in advanced coaching skills. He is also an esoteric guide, tantric bodyworker, reality bender and psychonaut. He loves people and meets every interaction with wonder, curiosity, presence, acceptance, and connection: "What will be the unique imprint we will leave on each other?" - weaving sacred sexuality, ancient wisdom, modern coaching modalities, alchemical magick, and metaphysical energy practices seamlessly along the way. In this episode, Yossef also shares one of his frameworks around consent and expressing our fears, desires and boundaries. Yossef and I then discuss how powerful this framework can be for any kind of relationship and why setting boundaries can be helpful. We also explore how setting boundaries can be uncomfortable for us because of our programming from childhood. Please find Yossef on Instagram: @yossefsagi and yossefsagi.com.
