Consider Christ - Sermon

Pastor James discusses the importance of having a strong foundation for forgiveness, likening it to essential elements when buying a house, focusing specifically on Jesus as that foundation. He emphasizes that true forgiveness is anchored in Jesus' example and teachings, especially in light of the trauma that sin can bring into our lives. The sermon encourages believers to fix their eyes on Jesus, recognizing His model of forgiveness during His crucifixion as a guide for their own responses to hurt and offense. Ultimately, Pastor James urges the congregation to rewrite their personal narratives from ones defined by pain to those centered on redemption and wholeness found in Christ. Sermon 3/30/25
