This week we are talking about a January reset, a detox if that’s what you’ll call it.  You are going to need to do some thinking over the next two weeks…what isn’t working for you and what could use some change?  It might be one thing or 3 or a whole lifestyle reboot.  The goal for January is to recognize what is not working, learn some new tools and strategies and make some better choices and simple lifestyle changes going forward.
